Sometimes, even the simplest of activities have the power to change an entire day. Whether it be a small hike or a plane ride to a new place, the activities we choose to participate in our daily lives have the power to change our entire mindsets. I have found that going outside my comfort zone, trying new things, experiencing new places and being present in the moment has helped me to separate myself from daily stressors in my life. I recommend getting out and doing even the littlest of things that bring you enjoyment to anyone who is feeling overwhelmed. It could be much more beneficial than you think.
