Taking care of oneself looks different to everyone. Whether its going for a run, spending time with friends, cooking, doing face masks or taking a trip, self care is a pretty broad concept. However, I am here to remind you of the little things you can do to better yourself and your wellbeing during times of stress.
Identify your stressor. If you can’t identify it, you can’t target it!
Take a step back and breathe. Maybe take a break from what you are doing that is causing you stress. Clean your room, go for a walk, etc…
Remind yourself you are in the present. Ground yourself before you try to get back to work.
